1. Subion Billing

All subions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their renewal dates, which are clearly stated in their account dashboard and invoice emails.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment gateways include Stripe, PayPal, and other authorized processors.

Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize UmbaCart to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until canceled.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate or erroneous charges due to billing system errors.

Service unavailability or material failure directly caused by UmbaCart, not user infrastructure.

Requests submitted within 30 days from the original payment date.

Refund approval is subject to verification of the claim and payment gateway confirmation.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for refunds:

Change of mind or user dissatisfaction unrelated to a platform malfunction.

Misuse, account suspension, or violations of the Terms of Service

Partial subion periods or unused service days after cancellation.

Failure to cancel before renewal (auto-renewal is user-managed).

Refunds for promotional, discounted, or beta-access plans are final and non-reversible.


4. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subion:

Navigate to your UmbaCart Account → Billing Section; or

Email your cancellation request to 📧 billing@umbacart.com

Requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Upon cancellation, your subion remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will occur.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited via the original payment method.


5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: Take effect immediately; you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining period.

Downgrades: Apply to the next billing cycle to avoid service interruption.

Cancellations: No data loss occurs immediately; however, data access may end upon expiration of the current term.
